Once the photographs are taken and proofs distributed, our print to order system results in higher average orders, which is reflected in the percentage donation to the school or group. It also cuts out the need for later re-orders, encouraged by other companies, which bypass the organiser's percentage altogether. Coupled with the absence of returned "on approval" packages this means a larger donation for less administration.

Our procedure can be summarised as follows

  • Once a session has been arranged we supply display materials to advertise time and place
  • After the session we forward individual proof packs for distribution
  • Proof packs, together with payment, are returned via the organiser
  • All checking of orders and payment is carried out in our offices
  • Completed orders are returned to the group, together with 10% donation to your funds *
  • Typical turnaround, from the session to final delivery is four to five weeks

As you can see, this is a very simple process and has worked successfully with the many schools, nurseries and playgroups that are our regular clients. We hope that you will be joining them soon.
